TORTUGAL AZUL POLICIES

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Tortuga Azul is inside a new community that is still under construction. Please pardon the dust and noise!

OCCUPANCY: Standard rates are for 4 people in 2 queen beds. We can accommodate up to 2 extra guests at $25/per night in a sofa bed or air bed; linens will be provided. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

PARKING: Your stay comes with 2 designated parking lots. Please park only at lots #173 and #178.

SWIMMING POOL: You may use the shared community pool with provided towels. Please follow pool guidelines.

BEACH ACCESS: You will be provided a beach key during your stay. Please lock the gate when accessing the beach to ensure community security.

STANDARD POLICIES:

1. No parties or events allowed
2. No smoking of any substance
3. No pets allowed
4. Suitable for toddlers and children
5. No unregistered guests in property
6. No food/drink in bedrooms
7. Follow curfew: 10pm - 8am AST
8. Turn off A/C when going out
9. Please respect check in/out times
10. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
11. Missing or damaged inventory will be subtracted from your security deposit. Extra cost will be charged to your credit card.
12. Don't rearrange furniture
13. Please do your dishes
14. Please take out your trash
15. No illegal substances allowed.
